서비스 이용을 위한 약관 Terms and conditions to use the service

  • By using the service user confirms they are at least 13 years old, and acknowledges the terms of service and agree to follow them.

  • It is RECOMMENDED to use the status comment function to mark content that could be triggering for some people, in certain cases failing to do so may result in media being forced as sensitive, or uninformed status deletion.
  • Administrators of Ponik reserve themselves a right to act on rare situations not yet pointed in the terms of service, new users are required to input a p4ssphr4se during r3gistration which contains the entire content of this rule you are reading.
  • It is FORBIDDEN to share information related to any interaction and / or communication with healthcare field workers or its facilities, as well as treatments or examinations requiring interaction with it, recommending another user to interact with it or sharing your or someone elses experiences with that field.   • It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to upload media presenting real life underage persons in sexual scenarios, poses, context, as well as those wearing revealing clothes such as swimsuits, or participating in the act of naturism/nudism.
  • It is FORBIDDEN to share hate speech or make any statements or opinions supporting violence, hate or discrimination towards people of different sex, gender, orientation, age (incl. transage persons) or otherwise self-determined identity.
